Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Own product areas end-to-end on an AI-native platform serving the mortgage industry. Partner closely with engineering and customers to drive from discovery through launch and iteration. Shape specialized product teams as the engineering organization scales rapidly in a high-growth environment.
Essential Functions
- Own a product pod end-to-end, from customer discovery with industry stakeholders to roadmap, delivery, and post-launch iteration
- Bridge engineering, design, and business teams by synthesizing customer needs into clear specs and architecture decisions
- Prototype and validate ideas hands-on using AI coding tools to provide engineering with concrete starting points
- Define success metrics for initiatives and drive iteration based on outcomes
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape product positioning and influence deal cycles
- Contribute to architecture discussions and read codebases to ensure technical alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in technical product management or closely related roles like forward-deployed engineering
- B2B SaaS experience at a startup or growth-stage company with proven ability to ship in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 product ownership, launching net-new products or features
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, lending, insurtech, or healthcare
- Technical fluency to prototype with AI coding tools, read codebases, and contribute to architecture discussions
- Data fluency to define metrics, pull dashboards, and drive iteration from quantitative signals
- US-based and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a software engineer or forward-deployed engineer prior to PM role
- Working knowledge of LLM concepts including prompting, evals, retrieval, and fine-tuning
- Direct experience with mortgage or loan origination systems
- Ex-founder experience or clear 0-to-1 product launch story
- Strong writing skills for specs and async docs that drive engineering decisions

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $250,000 based on experience, plus equity and standard benefits for growth-stage fintech.
