Senior Fullstack Engineer
Job Summary
Join a dynamic AI startup as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, leading the development of innovative audio data products. You will drive backend-focused feature development to help customers derive insights from massive audio datasets used for model training. Essential Functions
- Lead full-stack feature development, emphasizing 60-70% backend work to deliver daily user innovations.
- Build and scale systems that process terabytes of audio data for actionable customer insights.
- Collaborate with ML research team to enhance data collection and utilization for model training.
- Deploy and evaluate LLM- and DSP-based solutions to improve customer data understanding.
- Mentor engineers and establish technical standards as the team expands.
- Iterate on production-grade user experiences in a high-growth startup setting.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full stack experience with technical leadership at staff level.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- 4+ years in backend-leaning full-stack engineering building production-grade experiences.
- Experience in high-growth, VC-backed startup environments.
- Proven ability to build systems for large-scale data processing.
- Strong communication skills for research and customer collaboration.

- Experience with AI/ML or audio data processing.
- Technical leadership or engineering management background.
