Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Essential Functions
- Lead and support production team members to meet daily output goals
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth production
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- 2+ years of production supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Experience driving process improvements
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits
$25-$28 per hour with sign-on bonus, referral bonus, monthly performance incentives, and double-time pay opportunities.
