Senior Deployment Strategist
Job Summary
As a Senior Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end enterprise deployment of a cutting-edge AI agent platform. You will serve as the critical link between Fortune 500 clients and internal engineering teams, translating complex supply chain workflows into automated, mission-critical AI configurations.
Essential Functions
- Own enterprise customer deployments from initial discovery and workflow design through go-live and long-term success
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for high-value accounts, managing stakeholder communication and expectations
- Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows in partnership with delivery engineers
- Manage multiple concurrent high-stakes accounts with distinct timelines and requirements
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to meet critical customer milestones
- Help build and scale the deployment playbook as a foundational member of the team
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Consultant)
- Proven experience implementing software for enterprise-level customers
- Executive presence with polished, native-level English communication skills
- Experience in consulting, business operations, or similar operational roles
- Ability to thrive in high-intensity environments and manage complex project timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Active involvement in the AI community or startup ecosystem
- Experience building personal AI agents or participating in tech ventures
- Background in complex supply chain or logistics workflows

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 - $210,000 per year. Includes equity options and standard corporate benefits.
