Job Summary

We are seeking an AI-native, full-stack Staff Software Engineer to own and scale core components of our AI platform for private markets investors. As a key member of a high-growth engineering team, you will act as a force multiplier, driving architectural excellence and mentoring others while building high-impact features for our sophisticated client base.

Essential Functions

  • Own large product areas end-to-end, including the development of AI-driven tools for finance teams
  • Build across the full stack including frontend, backend, and database migrations
  • Utilize AI agents to write and review 100% of the code
  • Author technical design documents and spend 10-20% of your time reviewing peer designs and code
  • Act as a force multiplier by raising the bar on architecture, code quality, and engineering practices
  • Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and product teams to translate complex requirements into shipped features

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a clear track record of career progression
  • Proven ability to lead large infrastructure projects or product pillars from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend)
  • Experience building and managing production systems including database migrations and background jobs
  • Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a flat organizational structure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment (Seed through Series D)
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience building within SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
  • Experience with vector databases or LLM infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $290,000 - $340,000 per year.
