Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work at the intersection of advanced engineering and customer success, bringing AI-native workflows to life for global enterprise leaders. You will own the entire post-sale lifecycle, from technical scoping and integration to user activation, ensuring complex systems are seamlessly integrated into the customer's workflow.
Essential Functions
- Own post-sale onboarding and deployment from start to finish, including technical scoping and integration
- Build customer integrations and data ingestion pipelines using Python and SQL
- Conduct scoping and solution design sessions with GTM and RevOps teams to map complex workflows
- Deliver live demonstrations, training sessions, and solutioning for both technical and business stakeholders
- Translate field insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
- Develop internal playbooks to help the team scale and streamline deployment processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS supporting technical customer relationships
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with data integration and system architecture
- Ability to interact effectively with high-level enterprise clients
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage complex projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at high-growth scale-ups or enterprise technology firms
- Background in machine learning (ML) is a plus
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000
