Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Join an established precision manufacturing firm with over 40 years of experience serving the heavy truck industry. As the Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality and environmental management systems to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Manage document control and oversee internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Execute corrective actions and manage Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Oversee supplier compliance and environmental management systems (ISO 14001)
- Manage environmental permits and ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs
- Conduct incident investigations and track regulatory and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in compliance, quality, safety, or manufacturing systems management
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA standards
- Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Strong skills in auditing, root cause analysis, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- IATF or ISO lead auditor certification
- ISO 14001 auditing experience
- OSHA 30, CSP, or CHMM certifications

Education & Certifications

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 plus a 10% annual bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
