Strategic Projects Lead
Job Summary
As a Strategic Projects Lead, you will manage complex, deadline-driven projects by translating high-level research goals into high-quality datasets for frontier AI research. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of operations and product, requiring a high degree of agency to manage multi-faceted projects from inception to delivery.
Essential Functions
- Own multi-project delivery from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards and deadlines.
- Identify, hire, and manage pools of expert contributors to build and maintain project trajectories.
- Collaborate with researchers to define priorities and adjust milestones based on evolving requirements.
- Work directly with engineers to shape internal tools and workflows for project delivery.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on trajectories, verifiers, and evals before they reach the client.
- Manage the lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring a seamless transition from research goals to usable data.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startup operations.
- Proven track record in high-stakes environments such as top-tier consulting or VC-backed startups.
- Experience as a Strategic Projects Lead or Deployment Strategist within AI data labs or technology firms.
- Ability to manage complex projects with high autonomy and sound judgment.
- Strong ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vibe coding or similar rapid development methodologies.
- Familiarity with RL environments and post-training data workflows.
- Background in technical-adjacent roles involving verifiers and evals.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $185,000 - $205,000 (up to $250,000 for senior candidates). Includes equity options and a performance-based annual bonus.
