Project Manager - Public Works

Essential Functions
- Review and analyze plans, specifications, and project documents to define scope and strategy
- Negotiate and manage purchase orders and subcontracts
- Plan schedules with superintendents and provide regular updates
- Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress and address challenges
- Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and team members through meetings and daily coordination
- Prepare pay applications, change orders, and cost reports
- Anticipate risks and manage them proactively
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or project management experience
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and blueprint-reading skills
- Proficiency with project software, cost databases, and Microsoft Office
- Clear communicator who stays organized under pressure
- Thrives working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits
