Job Summary

Essential Functions
- Provide physical therapy treatments in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for geriatric patients
- Provide acute care services to patients in various stages of recovery
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Open to new graduates
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $40.00 - $54.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and a continuing education program with up to $500 annual allowance and paid time for education.
