Production Supervisor
Job Summary
This Production Supervisor role oversees daily manufacturing operations on assigned production lines. The position ensures products meet established safety and quality standards while consistently achieving defined production targets.
You will lead and develop a team of production employees, providing hands-on training, coaching, and performance management to drive operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
Essential Functions
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations on assigned production lines
- Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Deliver defined production targets and output goals
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of production employees
- Provide training and performance oversight to direct reports
- Conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and enforce safety leadership practices across the team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated safety leadership and quality focus
- Strong people management and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- High-volume manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with MRP systems

Education & Certifications

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $76,200 to $114,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive U.S. benefits include health coverage, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, PTO, and additional perks.
