Job Summary

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations for an AI-powered platform. This role blends strong technical engineering with direct client communication to drive successful deployments and measurable ROI. You will own full customer relationships while helping scale a high-growth startup from its current trajectory toward significant expansion.

Essential Functions

  • Gather requirements from enterprise clients and lead recurring calls to guide them through the implementation process
  • Build and configure AI agent implementations ranging from straightforward setups to highly complex technical solutions
  • Communicate directly with customers via email and calls to validate AI performance and make real-time technical adjustments
  • Drive clients to go-live status while ensuring strong ROI during the first month after launch
  • Own the complete customer relationship with direct accountability to clients
  • Translate client needs into scalable technical architectures and production-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of experience in full-stack engineering with direct customer interaction
  • Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or software engineer in production environments
  • Strong verbal communication skills with native US English proficiency
  • US work authorization (US citizen or valid work visa)
  • Proven ability to translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions
  • Degree from a US college or university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forward deployed experience at high-growth startups or similar environments
  • CS degree from a US institution
  • Background in early-stage startup settings
  • Experience or strong interest in voice AI applications

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range of $155,000 to $225,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
