Performance Marketing Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition channels from strategy through execution. This role is critical in driving efficient customer growth by managing six-figure monthly budgets, optimizing campaigns across platforms, and building a data-driven experimentation culture focused on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Essential Functions
- Own and optimize the Google Ads program end to end including account structure, keywords, bids, budget pacing, and experiment roadmap
- Scale the Meta Ads program through rigorous creative testing, A/B experimentation, and continuous optimization
- Launch and grow new paid channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and newsletter or CPM partnerships
- Brief and direct creative production teams, partnering with in-house designers or external agencies to create high-converting ad assets
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards on CAC, LTV, and ROAS to guide budget allocation and channel strategy
- Execute weekly experiments while maintaining a tight feedback loop between creative performance and spend decisions
- Collaborate closely with organic social and content teams to amplify earned media through paid channels
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years running paid acquisition across multiple channels
- Proven experience building and scaling paid social channels from scratch, particularly Meta Ads
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reason about CAC, LTV, payback periods, and ROAS
- Hands-on experience directing creative testing and optimization loops
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a consumer subscription company
- Background working at an agency running paid social for competitive brands
- Familiarity launching emerging channels like TikTok or Reddit

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This is a full-time, on-site role in New York with opportunities to shape the future of performance marketing for a growing consumer brand.
