AI Education Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Education Lead to keep an already AI-native organization at the cutting edge as models and tools evolve weekly. This role owns how every person learns, adapts, and works alongside agents in a fast-paced AI platform environment. You will design advanced programs, embed with teams to redesign workflows, and invent the playbook for human-AI collaboration at scale in a company handling sensitive financial data.
Essential Functions
- Designing and delivering company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable behavior change
- Staying at the frontier of AI capabilities by testing new models on release day, building with them, and translating insights into actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical teams
- Embedding directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and ensure adoption compounds across the organization
- Translating frontier AI techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable systems that a fast-growing company can trust
- Building skills, agents, and internal tools that teach people in the flow of work, creating automated loops where possible to free teams for higher-value activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in AI/ML enablement, developer education, or building agentic workflows
- Demonstrated experience running personal AI agents and workflows daily with measurable impact
- Proven track record helping teams or organizations adopt new AI capabilities with clear measurement of behavior change
- Strong ability to translate complex frontier AI concepts into practical, secure guidance for diverse audiences
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in New York City five days per week

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $100,000 to $300,000 base depending on experience, with opportunity for significant growth in an AI-first organization.
