Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
As an early member of the recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growing engineering organization. You will work closely with technical leaders and executives to drive full cycle recruiting across engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure, from top of funnel strategy through offer negotiation and close. This high impact role helps build the recruiting foundation that scales for years to come.
Essential Functions
- Own full cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and close with focus on engineering, ML and infrastructure
- Partner directly with engineering leaders and executives to develop deep conviction on hiring needs, team objectives and required talent profiles
- Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops and top of funnel strategies that scale as the team grows
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative research, direct outreach, referrals and community building
- Guide candidates through the full journey while developing clear understanding of their motivations to close effectively in a competitive market
- Manage candidate pipelines with rigor and ensure an exceptional experience at every stage
- Use data to drive decisions by tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates and hiring pace to inform stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle technical recruiting at a growing startup
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience for software engineering, ML or infrastructure roles
- Proven success closing candidates in competitive AI and ML talent markets
- Experience building recruiting infrastructure, resources or processes
- Strategic thinker who can articulate compelling outbound positioning to generate interest in an active ML and AI engineering market
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early stage or hyper growth startup environment
- Background recruiting for machine learning roles
- 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and strategic thinking

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is 120000 to 170000 depending on experience and qualifications.
