Tooling Engineer

We are hiring a Tooling Engineer to support manufacturing and production operations at a fast-scaling aerospace and defense startup. In this role you will design, develop, and improve tooling and fixtures that enable reliable, high-quality build processes. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to stand up practical tooling solutions, iterate based on production feedback, and help scale processes as the organization grows.

- Experience in tooling, fixture, or manufacturing engineering - Ability to design and iterate tooling for production environments - Strong collaboration skills with engineering and manufacturing teams - Hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced setting
