Finance Lead
Job Summary
This role builds production-grade financial models that serve as ground truth for frontier AI labs. The position combines hands-on modeling work with team management and workflow automation in a high-intensity environment.
Essential Functions
- Build three-statement models, LBOs, DCFs, credit models, and EBITDA bridges to top-tier banking standards
- Perform M&A diligence, data room analysis, QoE bridges, and consent schedules for AI model evaluation
- Manage and quality-control networks of specialized finance contributors with standards and rubrics
- Automate workflows using agentic tools to scaffold tasks and compress expert review cycles
- Own end-to-end finance data projects from scoping through delivery with research teams
- Identify failure patterns in AI models on finance workflows and design systematic test tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Hands-on experience building three-statement models, LBOs, or DCFs from scratch
- Track record of producing rigorous, defensible financial analysis in live deal environments
- Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-moving settings with variable workload

- Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in professional workflows
- Experience managing or mentoring other finance professionals
- Background in credit modeling or quality of earnings analysis

Education & Certifications

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 with variable uncapped commission structure tied to output.
