People & Culture Manager

Job Summary

The People & Culture Manager serves as the primary HR partner for assigned divisions, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruiting through employee relations, performance management, and engagement. This role works directly with division leaders to support team effectiveness, address workplace concerns, and implement consistent HR programs and policies. The position collaborates with the VP of People & Culture on complex matters and coordinates with operations specialists on HRIS and administrative functions.

Essential Functions

  • Manage HR support delivery for assigned divisions across the full employee lifecycle
  • Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Lead recruiting efforts including intake meetings, candidate screening, and hiring manager support
  • Advise on employee relations matters including performance issues, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
  • Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions while ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Coach leaders on performance conversations, development planning, and corrective action processes
  • Reinforce company values and culture while planning engagement initiatives and team events
  • Partner with People Operations on HRIS updates, reporting, and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle people and culture management experience at a B2B tech company
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with division leadership on employee lifecycle matters
  • Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and consistent HR policy application
  • Ability to coach leaders on performance conversations and development planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce planning and team development support
  • Background in culture and employee engagement program implementation
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting processes

Education & Certifications

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range of $145,000 to $170,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits package available.
