Accounting Operations Manager
Job Summary
Drive financial operations and infrastructure for a scaling technology company by implementing new systems, streamlining processes, and building a team focused on efficiency and service excellence. This role requires hands-on ownership of revenue, payables, and tooling strategy to support business growth.
Essential Functions
- Own the financial tooling strategy by selecting and implementing systems for reporting, billing, and procurement
- Automate vendor payments and billing workflows to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope changes and test new processes that accelerate month-end close to three days
- Configure ERP and billing integrations to support operational needs
- Lead end-to-end audit design and implementation
- Build and lead a team of process-focused builders
- Guide financial decisions across the company to strengthen accounting processes and cash management
