Staff Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to own technical decision-making and deliver products end-to-end at a fast-paced audio data research company. This role involves building platforms that support advanced audio AI solutions for leading technology organizations. The position requires close collaboration with researchers and engineers in a startup environment where quick, informed decisions drive product development.
Essential Functions
- Own and drive 0-to-1 product development across the full stack
- Make key technical decisions with limited data in a fast-paced environment
- Build scalable systems that process terabytes of audio data
- Collaborate with research engineers on data collection and iteration
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards as the team grows
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product-focused full-stack engineering experience
- Proven ability to own and lead 0-to-1 projects end-to-end
- Startup experience during a high-growth phase
- Demonstrated success making quick, informed technical decisions
- Track record of mentoring junior engineers or leading technical efforts
- Strong skills in both TypeScript and Python with flexibility across backend and frontend
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at AI-forward or data infrastructure companies
- CS degree or equivalent technical background
- Experience in high-growth startup environments from Series A onward

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $220,000 to $260,000
