Quality Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control initiatives for our manufacturing operations in Denver. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining robust quality systems that ensure product excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement across production processes while supporting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures in alignment with industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to ensure consistent application of quality protocols
- Oversee internal and external audit processes, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
- Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues
- Manage customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry certifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record leading quality teams and implementing quality systems
- Strong knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001 and related frameworks
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and statistical process control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with quality management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager or similar professional certification
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Previous success with customer-facing quality interactions

Compensation & Benefits
