Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Join a high-ownership engineering team as a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale a marketing platform connecting local businesses with influencers. You will play a key role in developing end-to-end features across web, mobile, and backend systems in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
Essential Functions
- Develop end-to-end features across React web applications, Flutter mobile apps, and Node.js backends
- Manage and implement critical third-party integrations, specifically for social media platforms
- Build and maintain business-facing analytics and metrics dashboards
- Manage the mobile release process and deploy code to the App Store
- Create custom, flexible solutions for complex technical requirements
- Collaborate on product direction and technical strategy in a startup environment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full stack engineering
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Experience with two-sided marketplace or platform products
- Experience with consumer-facing or social media applications
- Proficiency in React and Node.js
- Experience with third-party API integrations and reading technical documentation
- Experience building mobile applications with Flutter
- Familiarity with native iOS development (UIKit/SwiftUI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer-focused roles
- Strong portfolio of personal projects or side projects
- Ability to work with minimal design wireframes to build high-quality UI

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
