Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a small, high-ownership engineering team at a fast-growing creator marketing startup. The company builds a platform that connects restaurants and local businesses with influencers to run authentic, high-impact campaigns. You'll build end-to-end features across React web apps, Flutter and native iOS mobile apps, and a Node.js backend. We need a scrappy, product-minded builder who thrives in ambiguity, has a strong design eye, and is excited to shape the technical direction of a fast-growing startup. Build full-stack features end-to-end across the brand web app, influencer iOS app, and Node.js backend, often without a dedicated product designer handing you polished wireframes. Own and manage critical third-party integrations (especially Meta/Instagram) that power core platform functionality like automatic story detection and tracking. Develop business-facing analytics and metrics dashboards so brands can understand the value the platform delivers to them. Ship code to the App Store and navigate the mobile release process for both the brand and influencer apps.

- 3+ years of experience in full stack engineering - Must have experience in mobile app development, preferably with apps on the App Store - True full stack capabilities, ideally with strong proficiency in React and Node.js - Proficiency building mobile apps with Flutter - Familiarity with native iOS development (UIKit/SwiftUI) - Experience working with third-party API integrations (e.g., Meta/Instagram APIs), including reading and implementing from documentation - Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment - Experience with two-sided marketplace or platform products - Consumer-facing or social/creator application experience preferred - Creative product thinker, adaptable, and startup-minded with a proactive approach - High ownership and a bias for action - Strong design eye for product development - Personal projects are a plus
