Founding Engineer
Job Summary
Join as a founding engineer at an early-stage startup building the next generational company. You'll ship micro apps weekly with real users, encode processes into automated workflows, and collaborate closely with the founding team. Run rapid experiments, double down on successes, and cut what doesn't work to drive ideation from concept to launch.
Essential Functions
- Build and ship micro apps every week with real users
- Encode processes into increasingly automated workflows until fully automated
- Work in close collaboration with the founding team
- Run rapid experiments and decisively double down on what works while cutting what doesn't
- Build pipelines for company ideation to launch using modular microservices
Required Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience as a software engineer building AI-driven products
- Experience shipping products or features from ideation to real users with significant traction
- Generalist able to work across the full stack with backend focus
- Proficiency in agentic development, designing and building orchestration pipelines across multiple agents, tools, and services
- Active user of modern AI tooling
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience shipping products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous founder or early-stage startup experience
- Background from accelerator programs or top venture-backed startups
- Degree from a top-tier university
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Go

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $225,000 based on experience, plus equity in an early-stage startup.
