Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Build and ship micro apps every week with real users
• Encode processes into increasingly automated workflows until fully automated
• Work in close collaboration with the founding team
• Run rapid experiments and decisively double down on what works while cutting what doesn't
• Build pipelines for company ideation to launch using modular microservices

Required Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience as a software engineer building AI-driven products
• Experience shipping products or features from ideation to real users with significant traction
• Generalist able to work across the full stack with backend focus
• Proficiency in agentic development, designing and building orchestration pipelines across multiple agents, tools, and services
• Active user of modern AI tooling
• Entrepreneurial spirit with experience shipping products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous founder or early-stage startup experience
• Background from accelerator programs or top venture-backed startups
• Degree from a top-tier university
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Go
