Deployment Specialist
Job Summary
Join a fast-growing clinical AI organization and own the end-to-end customer lifecycle as a Deployment Specialist. Serve as the key bridge between healthcare customers and the engineering team, ensuring smooth deployments that deliver measurable ROI and real-world impact. Manage the full customer journey from onboarding through ongoing success across multiple accounts.
Essential Functions
- Own the full customer journey from post-sale onboarding through ongoing success, running high-touch sessions during the first 2-3 weeks and managing check-ins for 6-9 accounts
- Serve as the primary representative on client calls with 15+ stakeholders including clinicians and executives, navigating complex healthcare operations and building trusted relationships
- Manage integrations with client electronic medical records systems, deploy the platform, and train end users on effective product usage
- Translate customer needs and issues into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Track and measure deployment ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and help build scalable processes for enterprise health systems
- Conduct solo meetings with client stakeholders and communicate requirements concisely to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of post-grad work experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role such as implementation, deployment, project management, or solutions engineering
- Startup or high-growth company experience, thriving in ambiguity, building processes, and moving fast
- Technical aptitude, comfortable with software systems and communicating effectively with engineers
- Concise, direct communicator able to run meetings with 15+ client stakeholders and translate needs into clear engineering requirements
- Customer-obsessed, organized, execution-oriented, and able to handle complex operations quickly
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City for in-person work 5 days per week; U.S. work authorization required
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL familiarity or basic data querying skills
- Experience with AI/ML products, automation platforms, or data workflow tools in a deployment capacity
- Forward-deployed engineer, implementation consultant, or product manager background

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience.
